DTS provide a comprehensive implant support service for specialist implantologists and, increasingly dentists in general practice that are including implants in their treatment plans. In this field it is important that a close working relationship is developed between the laboratory and the surgeon.
DTS completes superstructures and restorations on most of the implant systems used in the UK and Scandinavia including Nobel Biocare, Akylos, 3i, Strauman and Astra.
We offer a pre-treatment planning that includes:
- Try-in or diagnostic wax-up to verify occlusal vertical and arch form for best position of the implants
- Radiographic stent as reference points to determine bone depth in panoramic film
- Guide stent of try in or diagnostic as guide for proper placement and angulations of implants
- We also offer fully customised abutments in titanium or Zirconia (see Universal custom abutments)
