Procera
More and more patients are asking for constructions made of material that are free of metal or other alloys. The secret behind PROCERA® AllCeram is its unique combination of strength and beauty.
Optimal Fit, Excellent Translucency
In the past, porcelain coated ceramic copings have been neither strong enough, nor durable enough for widespread use. PROCERA® AllCeram is a coping made of extremely dense sintered aluminum oxide. The coping is produced in an industrial process known as PROCERA® method, which ensures optimal fit, great strength, non-porosity and has the ability to transmit light without being transparent.

Clinical Requirements
For a detailed clinical manual please fill out your details on the information request page and check the Procera Clinical Manual box.
Indications
All single crowns anterior and posterior. Modified implant copings for direct cementation. Where minimum crown thickness is only possible and light transmission through to the gingiva for good aesthetics is critical. In situations when good moisture control is difficult and adhesive luting technique is contraindicated.
Fixation
By conventional cementation techniques using phosphate cements, glass ionomer luting cements, self curing or anarobic resins. Dual curing resin cements after natural tooth structure has been treated with a universal bonding system.
