DTS digital and Core3dcentres UK offer a pay as you go, Core3ddesign, Elite and Premium support package to suit your needs, circumstance and situation.
Pay as you go Support
If you require support with your software or system, Core3dcentres can supply this for you. We will support you with software, system* or design issues. Support will be offered remotely: £40 per hour (min charge of £40.)
*If your system was not purchased from Core3dcentres a pre examination of your system may be required.
Core3ddesign
If you require Core3dcentres to design your restorations for you, all you have to do is send to us your STL or DCM file and your prescription form through our easy to use portal. We will then design to your requirements and send you back screenshots for your approval before manufacturing.

Premium Support
· Software Support · Design Support · Remote Support · Five calls per month · Access to our highly experienced support and technical teams. All this for only £100 per month (£1,200 per year). If your system was not purchased from Core3dcentres a pre examination of your system may be required.
Elite Support
· Software Support · Design Support · Remote Support · Unlimited support calls · Access to our highly experienced support and technical teams. · Support Updates · Hardware issue/faulty equipment support · 'Return your system to base' facility
All of this is only £150 per month (£1,800 per year.)
